BRIDE'S PRAYER

Lord, please send me an angel
To calm me when exchanging our vows
I promise to love him forever
But scared that I might not know how
Right now, we're the picture of happiness
But when there comes a trial or two ~
It's then, I'll need an angel,
To remind me why I said "I do"
Give me the strength and the courage
To love him the rest of my life
To remember my pledge - on the day
we were wed
To be his friend~his lover~his wife
