HOT FLASH MENOPAUSE

I'm feeling fine when...
BAMM, out of the blue
Here comes a Hot Flash
That I can't get through
Without making a scene
And removing my clothes
My blouse - my dress
Or my pantyhose
I jump in the shower
To try and cool off
Just wish I wouldn't pee
Whenever I cough

I’m sure you will be able to relate to
today’s poem.

I can tell you this much, I wrote this
poem straight from the heart. I remember
standing in line at a grocery store and
couldn’t wait to get home to strip down
and get in a cold shower. I wrote this in
my head while still in the car racing to
get home!
